Questions

Before you join.

Short answers about unlocks, picks and moving up. Want every video right away? Compare the two plans.

When does my next unlock open?

Every Monday at 12 a.m. Eastern. The library shows you the exact time in your own time zone. Your first unlock is ready the moment you join.

Do unused unlocks roll over?

No. Each week's unlock is for that week. If you don't use it, it doesn't carry over.

Can I change my pick?

No. Once you unlock a video, it can't be swapped. So preview first: you can watch the first 30 seconds of any video, as often as you like.

What happens to the videos I've unlocked?

They stay open to rewatch while your Library Pass is active. If your pass ends, they lock again.

Can I move up to Eager Beaver?

Yes, anytime. Eager Beaver opens every video with no weekly limit. It adds comments and likes on videos, live case reviews with Dan, questions for Dan, Peri and the full community. It's US$86 a month or US$826 a year.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Use it on the web or in the Injector's Remedy app on iOS and Android.

Is there a free trial?

No. Library Pass starts when you join, and your first unlock is ready right away. If you'd like a trial, Eager Beaver has a 7-day free trial.
